ATLASPACE Proudly Presents The “Oceans 7” Collection, curated by Finger Painter Justin Y
ATLASPACE is delighted to present The “Oceans 7” Collection curated by Justin Y, the acclaimed finger painter, during the Arts Month in
Hong Kong. Since its launch, ATLASPACE has been organizing diversified lifestyle and business events accessible to members, transforming the mundane work style of offices and expanding members’ business and social network. The latest exhibition demonstrates ATLASPACE’s vision with shades of vibrant colours in the form of brilliant finger paintings worth above HKD$10 million.
Justin Y is a finger painter of Chinese descent. Based in Hong Kong, Justin’s art pieces are currently showcased and collected by both institutional and private collectors throughout the world. From all that Justin has seen and experienced, what he feels is translated via his fingers and senses of art. Without using any other tools, his creations come straight from his heart. These naked feelings come to life on the stones vividly; what he expresses is explicit, unambiguous and unpretentious. Justin has worked in collaboration with diversified brands such as AIA, Audi, Bentley, Cordis Hotel, DFS Galleria, HSBC, Hysan Place, ICBC and Langham Hotel, Lululemon, Penhaligon’s and up-coming in 2019 Giorgio Armani.
Running from 14 March to 30 April, the 13 finger paintings of The “Oceans 7” Collection curated by Justin Y will be exhibited at ATLASPACE. Themed with “Oceans 7”, the Collection borrows a page from the movie series “Ocean’s Eleven” which celebrates the vibrant mix of brilliant minds in ATLASPCE. The masterpiece “Silver Lining” narrates the boundless ocean and sky with infinite possibilities which
aligns with the brand concept of ATLASPACE. ATLASPACE provides flexible and diversified workplace solutions for members to adapt to fierce business environment
and create infinite business opportunities to strive for excellence.
Wilma Wu, City Head of ATLASPACE, said, “We are pleased to host the exhibition of Justin Y’s finger paintings. The paintings not only fill our workspace with an artistic vibe, they express ATALSPACE’s visions of bringing different businesses together.
ATLASPACE is not only a workplace, but a lifestyle brand to enrich the work days of CBD executives. We will continue to explore more art and cultural events and activities for our members to inspire their works and expand both of their social and business network.”
Justin Y said, “I am delighted to showcase The “Oceans 7” private collection at ATLASPACE. The collection truly demonstrates the business and brand concept of ATLASPACE. The ocean can be calm and clear but can also be very rough and difficult to see the right directions. When we are traveling in the ocean, we need courage and persistence. Starting up and running a business require
entrepreneurship and determination. ATLASPACE equips members with space and channels to start and expand their business. Also, ocean is water and water means “wealth” in Chinese. I wish ATLASPACE and its members will continue to expand and be the leader in the market”.
